Description

Shipping Policy

  • Cottonworld provides FREE shipping on every order above Rs.1000 within India for prepaid orders.
  • A basic shipping fee of Rs.150 will be charged for COD ( Cash On Delivery).
  • We don't allow editing of orders or addresses once the order is placed.
  • After your payment confirmation, our operations team ensures that your order is shipped as early as possible.
  • We will ensure that the product reaches you within 7-10 working days, from the date of purchase.
  • We do not ship to some parts of Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Haryana, Kolkata, Assam, Orissa and Delhi.
  • In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your location and accessibility.
  • Cottonworld does not deliver products outside India currently. You can place an order on our website from anywhere in the world, however please ensure that the delivery address is within India. Our courier partners do not deliver to certain pin codes - you will be intimated if we can service to your location based on the pin code entered by you.
  • Please do NOT pay for any additional charges to courier staff. Your invoice amount is inclusive of all charges.

Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days on non printed and non customized items. No refunds or exchange on printed and customized items. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@anyprints.ca and send your item to: 2292 Boul Industriel #206, Laval Quebec CA H7S 1P9.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2292 Boul Industriel #206, Laval Quebec CA H7S 1P9.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We Provide You 100% Replacement Guarantee

We will replace the items with new items of your choice in accordance with this Policy.

If you have a size or fitting issue you can exchange the product within 7 days of delivery. For all exchanges and replacement please email our customer care executive at support@wyo.in along with your complete order details and issues. We will pick the product from your doorstep and ship you the required order once we receive the shipment. There will be no extra shipping charge levied by us. We can help you in exchanging the original order with a new one of the same value.

We will accept Replacement and Exchanges of an Item only if the following conditions are met:

  • You can request for a replacement for your order within 7 days after an order has been delivered.
  • It is the first time you are returning the order for size/design/colour change, we don't exchange/replace twice.
  • The tags and labels on the item should be intact;
  • The Product should be unwashed, unused, and in undamaged condition; and
  • The Product is returned along with the original packaging.
  • In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.

Replacement Exclusions:

  • We do not replace Masks and COVID - 19 related products
  • We do not replace (exchange) surprise T-shirts with other design as it is a surprise :) 
  • We do not replace boxers due to hygiene issues 

Please be informed that the Replacement and Exchanges are not acceptable for any request that does not meet the aforementioned criteria.

If we do not have a reverse pick up facility at your location, we request you to self-ship the product to us. We will store credit 100 points in your WYO account to adjust your shipping cost.

*Special Condition Reg: Step Set Go Orders*
All Step Set Go Merchandise orders are not eligible for the above-mentioned exchange and replacement policy. Please make a note of the same. 

 Cancellation of orders:

  • You can cancel any orders before the product has been shipped. You can cancel your orders by sending an email along with your Order Id to support@wyo.in from your registered email address.
  • Our Customer Service Executives will contact you for confirmation of the cancellation request. Once the cancellation request has been made from your end, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel your order.
  • After confirmation of the cancellation request, Your entire order amount will be refunded to the bank account from which you had made the order within 4 to 7 days depends on the policy of your Bank.  You will be notified about the cancellation of your order vide email.
  • Once the order dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel the order.
  • If you want to edit your order we will not be able to change anything once shipped.
  • For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please drop an email to support@wyo.in and we will see if we can work it out for you.
  • We may at any time at our sole discretion cancel your order after intimating you about our decision to cancel your order by writing to your registered email id. In the event of any such cancellation, You may opt to replace the order with a new order after making any additional payment as applicable after adjustment or request for the refund the amount to your bank account.

Refunds:

  • We do refunds only in a genuine case of delivery of defective products and if we are unable to send you new ones due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • In the event of delivery of defective products, you have to send an email to our customer support executives at support@wyo.in along with the details of the order, nature of issues, photographs of the defective product within 72 hours of delivery. 
  • In the event, on our verification it is observed that the defect is incurred due to any of your actions or omissions, then WYO will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid to you.
  • However, you may still opt for exchange and returns in an aforementioned manner. All applicable refunds shall be made to the bank account from which you had processed the payment.
  • Please note the applicable shipping and cod delivery charges shall not be refunded to you.
  • Due to process constraints, COD orders will not be refunded in any circumstances, you can either opt for immediate replacement or take store credits.
